Hi! My name is Schrodinger and I am a beautiful brown and white tabby boy approximately 6 years of age. My eyes weren’t even open yet when I was found by a young woman walking her canine companion when he stopped and dragged her over to a bush. He was whimpering and crying. He disappeared under the bush and came out with something in his mouth. It was me! The young woman was startled, confused and concerned. She rushed me home and learned how to care for such a tiny little kitten. She named me Shrodinger after a Pulitzer Prize physicist. For 6 years she has kept me safe, fed and warm. Her search for a rescue was unsuccessful as there are always so many in need. Kitty Junction heard about our plight and reached out to help us.
Kitty Junction is SO, SO happy to say that Schrodinger has finally found a furever home that he can call his own!! Thank you so much Susan for seeing this super sweet boy online and wanting to meet him! During the meet n greet, Schrodinger connected immediately with the entire family including their two sons Luke and Bryce who have since renamed him Trooper! He was a little nervous in his new home at first but with the patience and understanding of his new wonderful family he has really started to blossom:) One of his favorite places to be is either on or next to his new daddy Curt's lap as you can see from his pictures! He sleeps with Susan and Curt every night now and loves to be pet by Luke and Bryce:)
Hi!! Our names are Leo and Bobcat and we are beautiful brown tabby brothers approximately 5 months of age. Our mom was a feral kitty that gave birth to us in a barn in Telford. Sadly she disappeared shortly after. The owner of the farm was worried for our safety with the weather getting colder and the dangers of predators now that we were left all alone so she called Kitty Junction for help us to find a safe home indoors.
Kitty Junction is overjoyed to say that these two sweet brothers have found their very special furever home together!!! We first want to thank our wonderful three-time Kitty Junction adopter Jane for seeing Leo and Bobcat at the Doylestown Pet Valu and calling her daughter Maurya to tell her about them!! We were SO excited when Maurya and her husband Julius came to meet these cutie pies and wanted to add them to their wonderful family!!!! Due to Liam's shyness, we knew they needed a special family with lots of patience love and understanding to give them time to adjust and Maurya and Julius were purrfect!! Bobcat has been renamed Liam and both Leo and Liam are settling in just fine:) They love their brand new cat tree as you can see from their pictures and loving playing with each other! In addition to their new mommy Maurya and new daddy Julius, Leo and Liam also have two rabbit sisters to help keep them entertained, not to mention grandmom Jane and their kitty cousins Kenzie, Amber and Gracie;)
Hi everyone! My name is Mia and I am a beautiful calico girl approximately 2-3 years of age. I showed up in the backyard of a kind woman who feeds stray feral kitties in SW Philly. When she saw how friendly I was she knew that I didn't belong on the dangerous streets of the city. She took me to the vet where it was found that I was already spayed so I obviously belonged to someone at some point.
Kitty Junction is SO happy to say that Mia found her new furever family in j...ust two short days!! Thank you so much Janet for seeing this super sweet girl at the Doylestown Pet Valu and wanting to add her as a member of your wonderful family!! Janet and her husband Jim had rescued a Hurricane Sandy kitty named Murphy and thought he could use a friend:) They say that poor Murphy has gotten more exercise in the past 2 weeks than he has gotten in the past 4 years they have had him! Mia and Murphy love to play and chase one another through the house and when they wear themselves out will sleep next to one another as you can see in their picture:) They also say that Mia is such a love and so funny! She will stare at them with this intense stare until she gets their attention and if she still doesn't get it she will then start talking at them until she is acknowledged;)
Hi!! My name is Sunny and I am an adorable male orange and white tabby kitty approximately 1-2 years of age. When some volunteers of Kitty Junction found me, I was in pretty rough shape. I was extremely emaciated and had such a bad upper respiratory infection that I had blood coming out of my nose and the only way I could breath was to hold my head straight up in the air. I also had a very pronounced head tilt that was found to be caused by severe double inner ear infections. They were so bad that a specialist from VSEC had to drill holes in my ear drums to drain all of the fluid out:(
Kitty Junction is absolutely thrilled to be able to say that our sweet Sunny has finally found his purrfect forever family!!! Thank you so much Michelle and Richard for coming to meet this beautiful boy at the Doylestown Pet Valu and for seeing how special he truly is! Michelle and Richard were looking for a playmate for their kitten Max as he desperately was trying to play with their other kitty Matilda who wanted no parts of his kitten energy;) Sunny was truly the perfect fit as he LOVES to play and has tons of energy!! Within a day or two, Sunny and Max were playing together like long time friends and Matilda even took to Sunny too! As you can see from his pictures when not playing with Max, he loves hanging in the front window and on their kitchen chairs:) Michelle says that its really hard to get good pictures as they don't stay still for very long! They are happy to have him as a member of their family and his antics are always making them laugh!
