Meet Our Newest Rescues!Frank & PixieFrank and Pixie are currently staying at the MeWow Cat Cafe in Doylestown hoping to meet their furever family!
Greetings! Our names are Frank and Pixie and we are a stunning all black panther brother/sister pair of kittens approximately 12-14 weeks of age. We were found all by ourselves in the streets of NE Philly when a kind woman came to our rescue. She called Kitty Junction for help in getting our vetting done and finding us a safe and loving home indoors.
Our foster mom says that I (Frank) am a lover of feather toys! I love to chase your hand under the blanket and will become your best friend when I hear the cat food can crack open I enjoy playing with ping pong balls, watching the birds out the open window and am a total lap kitty! My sister Pixie loves being pet and showing you love first thing in the morning. She also is in instant play mode when a stick or feather toy is around. She loves looking out the window and chasing her brother up the cat tree! Hi everyone! Our names are Snoop and Dre and we are super adorable brother kittens approximately 10-12 weeks of age. We were born in a barn on Jamison where sadly our mom was killed by most likely a coyote.. the farm owners reached out to find somewhere safe for us to go as they were worried for us especially without our mom around to protect us.
I, Dre, am the gray tabby and my brother Snoop is the buff tabby. I am the more outgoing/braver of the two. I am always ready to play and I enjoy attention! We can frequently be found engaged in grooming-turned-wrestling sessions Once Snoop warms up he is a very sweet boy who loves affection and never seems to stop purring. Like his namesake, Snoop likes to chill out and relax. While we both enjoy being pet, we are still not completely fond of being held but our rescuers believe that will come in time. Due to our young age, we are available now as a bonded pair via the foster-to-adopt program. We have tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and received our first distemper vaccine and deworming but will require two more vet appointments for the remainder of our vaccines and our neuter surgeries. All of our previous vetting and future kitten vetting (ending with our surgeries) are covered under our adoption fee. We would love to start bonding with our furever family so we are available now to a loving family that is located in Bucks or Montgomery County, as our next two vet appointments are with our rescue’s vet that is located in Doylestown. Hello! My name is Keke and I am a stunning all white female cat approximately 9-10 months of age. I was found in a city neighborhood by a kind person who regularly feeds some local stray kitties. I was too friendly to be living on the streets so most likely dumped there. It would have especially been dangerous for me to stay there as my rescuers vet confirmed that I sadly am indeed deaf.
My rescuers say that I am a curious little girl. I love to play and chase balls but my favorite toy is laser where I can run and jump on walls to catch it:) I am very playful and want to play with the other kitties in my foster home but but they are too lazy so I find myself looking out the window at the birds instead. Whenever I see my foster mom I always meow hello and greet her. I love to snuggle in bed and gets head rubs too! Hi friends! My name is Lily and I am a very sweet and loving 5-6 year old female kitty. I came to the rescue from the streets of Allentown where I was definitely dumped/abandoned. Some kind neighbors set up a little house on their porch for me with a heated blanket inside and were feeding me. When the landlord saw that I was pregnant, she was concerned about the kittens being born outside in the winter and reached out to Kitty Junction for help. Now that I am all done being pregnant, giving birth and being an exceptional mama to my five babies, I am ready to find my own furever home. I have successfully recovered from my spay surgery and am starting to show my playful side.
I love kicker toys and batting soft balls around. I am vocal and will talk to you a lot! I love to snuggle up against your legs and sit on the couch next to you. My rescuers believe I definitely have the makings of a lap kitty:) I am definitely a people cat and I am also cat friendly as well! Hi all! My name is Posie and I am a very sweet girl approximately 1 year of age. I wandered into an alley in Norristown, luckily right behind an avid animal lover's home. She started feeding me and slowly built up a trust with me so that I was comfortable enough to come in her home before the cold weather became bad. Sadly I was not microchipped nor even spayed.
My rescuer says I love to cuddle and snuggle! I get along great with the two male cats in my foster home but am afraid of her dogs. You can usually find me in bed with one of the humans in the house and would make a family a great companion kitty! My favorite toy is a laser light which I love to chase! I can still be a little nervous with loud sounds or sudden movements so a home without young active toddlers would probably be best for me. Hi everyone! My name is Parkwood and I am a beautiful female gray tabby approximately one year of age. I was found in the Parkwood area of NE Philly on a cold winter night. I was very thin, shaking and covered in mud. My rescuers were able to just scoop me up as I sadly looked like I had given up on life
My foster mom says I am just the sweetest girl. I like to be with or around my humans at all time and love to give you kisses I am just so grateful to be safe and loved. I am also playful too! I am not fond of other cats most likely from my tough time living on the streets so my perfect furever home would have no other pets. Young toddlers and children can scare me as well so my purrfect home would be with human adults who have older teenager children. My rescuers would also like to see me find a home where someone is home most of the time as I really do crave human companionship I love to sit on my foster mom’s lap while she has to work on her computer so a new mommy or daddy that works from home would be a great fit for me! Greetings! Our names are Lia and Ceci and we are beautiful sister kittens approximately 5 months of age. Our mom gave birth to us in a pole barn in Bucks County. Our finder was worried about us with it being the middle of winter and did not want to see us having to struggle living outside. She called Kitty Junction for help who was able to lend her some humane traps to catch us. She is still hoping to catch our mom so she can be spayed. We are really sweet little girls! I, Lia, am a total player! There isn’t a toy that I don’t like. My sister Ceci is more calm and laid back. We are both are still a little hand shy especially Ceci. We just need a little time to get to know you and feel safe. Once we do we welcome pets and really enjoy them Our rescuers would love to find us a home together with a family that is understanding we will just need a little bit of time to settle in and become comfortable. We promise it will be worth it!!
