Meet Our Newest Rescues!
Frankie is currently staying at the Jamison Pet Valu and would love it if you could stop in to visit with her!
Hi! My name is Frankie and I am a beautiful young adult female tabby. I was surrendered to Kitty Junction because my previous owner’s mean step dad didn’t want a house cat and sent me outside to live. They thought I was a boy and called me Frank. However, soon afterwards they discovered that I wasn’t a boy at all when I came home pregnant and delivered 7 beautiful kittens. Although my owner loved me very much, he is very young and knew he could not take on the responsibility of all of us and called KJ to ask for help. Kitty Junction knew it would be a handful taking on such a large family but thankfully were able to locate a foster mother who agreed to take us in and gave me and my 7 kittens lots of love and attention:)
I was a great mom and all of my kittens quickly went on to be adopted. I am now spayed and hopefully awaiting my own forever family! My foster mom says that I am the sweetest, most affectionate cat that she has ever fostered. I am laid back and calm and just want to be with my family. I may be a little timid with men at first but I warm up quickly and accept petting graciously. I will make someone a wonderful, loving companion for many years to come!
If you have room in your home and heart for this sweet girl, please don't hesitate to fill out an adoption application at www.KittyJunction.org. If you have any questions about me, please email KittyJunction@aol.com.
Wonton is currently staying at the Quakertown Pet Valu hoping to meet his new forever family!
Hi! My name is Wonton and I am a beautiful male brown tabby approximately 5 years of age. Sadly my previous owner passed away and I was left all alone in the house for several months with just the neighbors stopping in to feed me:( Before he died he asked his family to make sure that they found a good home for me but to make matters worse I ended up being boarded at my vet's office in a cage for 6 months with no one even seeing me until the vet determined I needed help finding a new loving home and called Kitty Junction.
I am a very sweet, calm and laid back kitty:) I LOVE to be brushed! I seemed to get along with some of the other cats at the vets office and even a couple of dogs! I am currently staying at the Quakertown Pet Valu hoping someone will fall in love with me but I really would love to be in a home rather than a cage.
If you are looking for an amazingly sweet companion kitty, please don't hesitate to fill out an adoption application for me at www.KittyJunction.org or if you have any questions at all about me please email KittyJunction@aol.com!!
Hello everyone, my name is Tika! I am a super sweet, female dilute tortie, who is approximately 8-9 years old. I love staring out windows, curling up in a blanket, and sitting on laps! My current mom and dad adopted me when I was 2, after being abused as a kitten, and have spent the past 7 years working with me to overcome my extreme anxiety. With their help, I was able to finally feel safe and loved, and turned into the ultimate lap cat.
About a year ago, my human baby sister was born. Unfortunately, once she began crawling, walking, and talking, my anxiety returned. I've been stuck in the basement in hiding, unable to come upstairs, and although my parents have tried everything they could think of with they help of my vet, nothing has worked.
My parents are absolutely heartbroken, but sadly know that it's time to find me a new home, one without the stress of a toddler. They love me so much and want nothing more than for me to find a new family where I don't have to be anxious anymore, and can get back to being the amazing, sweet, and loving cat that I am: staring out windows, curling up in blankets, and cuddling and sitting on laps.
If you have room in your heart for a sweet older girl like me, please don't hesitate to fill out an adoption application for me at www.KittyJunction.org or if you have any questions at all about me please email KittyJunction@aol.com!!
Hi! My name is Sugar and I am a beautiful white and brown female tabby approximately 2-3years of age. I was a stray kitty being fed by a very kind elderly man in NE Philly. When I am became pregnant, he set up heated shelters for me and my four babies but often worried about our future if anything were to happen to him. He reached out to Kitty Junction to help us all find loving homes indoors. I was a great mommy to my babies who all have found great homes and would love nothing more than to find my loving forever home now.
I was a little shy when I entered my first foster home but am so happy to say that I love to be pet all the time now! I wait for my foster mom by the bedroom door and am so happy when I get to spend time with her. I rub all over the place, purr constantly, and make bread better than a baker! I love to lay on the same sofa as my foster mom. I am not quite comfortable being picked up yet can easily be scruffed to get me into a carrier when necessary. Play time is fun for me, I love my Cat Dancer teaser. I am also very good about playing by myself! My foster mom hears me smacking my balls around all the time. Treat time is my favorite! My foster mom sits down and puts them on her lap and I climb right up and stand on her legs to eat them. That’s such a big step for considering how shy I was when I first got there! My foster mom says I am really a sweet girl, just a little shy still. I will warm up to my human over time and make a really good companion for somebody. I'll need somebody who’s patient and understanding due to my shyness. She doesn't think I would do well with children as they may overwhelm me a little. She feels like I'd do better with an older person or couple who doesn’t make a lot of commotion. I am really a peaceful, sweet little lady and will make a wonderful companion for the right person or people. As far as other animals go, my foster mom thinks she may be ok with dogs because she goes nose to nose with her dog at the screen door with no issues. The same goes with a couple of her cats but she has one who is a true alpha and she gives me a hard time but I don't react back to her so she thinks I would be probably be good with other kitties as well:)
If you are looking to help a super sweet but shy girl like me by providing me my forever home, please don't hesitate to fill out an adoption application for me at www.KittyJunction.org or if you have any questions at all about me please email KittyJunction@aol.com!!
