Hi everyone! Our names are Rafaela and Sheba and we are mother and daughter seniors. A Good Samaritan took us off the streets in an area of SW Philly where humans sadly have been known to hurt us. Some of us have been poisoned with babies still nursing. Some of us are dodging bb pellets. We live in constant fear. We did not ask to be homeless. We had no choice. Many of us were abandoned unspayed by our previous owners. A Good Samaritan has saved many of us. With no resources or contacts to help us find a deserving family, she continues to care for us at great personal and financial sacrifice. Kitty Junction heard about our plight and the hardship of our caretaker and has stepped in to help.
Kitty Junction is absolutely thrilled to be able to say that after everything they have been through, these sweet seniors have not only finally found their furever home but they have hit the jackpot! We truly cannot thank Maria and Linda enough for reaching out to us in search of two kitties and especially for wanting to give two "less adoptable" cats a chance of having a loving forever home with them! From living on the dangerous streets of Philadelphia and then through no fault of their own being shuffled from foster home to foster home, this shy, senior bonded mother/daughter pair now have a beautiful new home and an amazing new loving family to spend the rest of their lives with!! This is truly a fairy tale story for them with the happiest of all endings!!
